The Good Drugs Guide is intended as non-biased on-line reference guide, an 'Encarta' for recreational drugs. An easy to read, entertaining, intensely-researched and accurate information resource for those interested in, worried about, or experimenting with recreational drugs.

We do not condone the use of illegal drugs. The wise governments of this world are clearly well-informed and are right to tell us what we can and cannot do with our own biochemistry.

However, myths, heresay, scare stories and, to be frank, total falsehood abounds in the reporting about drugs in the media and on the Internet. It is our hope to provide straight up, accurate advice and information free of political bias from both sides of the debate.

TGDG began life as a drug section on the lifestyle e-zine seethru.co.uk, the interactive arm of a BBC / World Productions drama series, Attachments, broadcast between October 2000 and April 2002.
